About the Fox Hunt Subdivision

Serene, peaceful and secluded, Fox Hunt is the perfect environment to detach from the stresses of work and connect with family and nature. Tranquil views of the Litchfield hills greet residents and access to Roraback Wildlife Management Area hiking trails are a short walk away.

The Fox Hunt Subdivision is a 13 lot residential development managed by Supreme Industries' Building Division in Harwinton, Connecticut. The Fox Hunt Subdivision was approved in 2008 and work started shortly thereafter on the new road, Fox Hunt Way. School age residents living at Fox Hunt will attend Regional School District 10, among the top public school districts in Connecticut.

The next phase of the subdivision, Equestrian Estates, is midway through development and has approved building lots for sale. Deposits are currently being accepted by the builder for the remaining lots in the Fox Hunt Subdivision as well as for the new lots to be offered in the Equestrian Estates Subdivision.

Fox Hunt Way, Harwinton, CT, is Litchfield County's premiere residential subdivision specializing in energy efficient new construction, standard framing, timber framing, energy star building, structural insulated panels (SIPs), and geothermal heating and cooling.
